It's so unfair to sell mini-cupcakes of amazing flavours. It's just not fair.

Crumbs & Doilies gets away with it though - with flavours ranging from green matcha through red velvet, bourbon and many more, the cupcakes are obviously the stars of the show. But besides, there' PB&J brownies, which is pure heaven in itself, and mini cheese-cake slices which are just melt-in-your-mouth soft. The coffee is great too: the espresso is strong, the mocha is just enough on the sweet side.

I wish they had more space to sit and stay, but then again, it's probably for the best. Love!

WOW what a little shop this is, I absolutely LURVE Cupcake Jemma, she is a star for devising out of this world cupcake recipes. I constantly watch her YouTube videos. Her cakes are deliciously divine. I don't know why its taken me so long to venture in.

Got a box of mini cuppys: red velvet, rose & pistacio, vanilla and salted caramel, and they were all very scrumptious! My fave was defo the salted caramel and rose & pistachio, and the buttercream is so creamy!

I'm looking forward to my next visit to eat some more!

Their cakes really are the best I've ever tried (as a cake freak) and they are also innovative and share their recipes on Cupcake Jemma (you tube)

Amazing looking and delicious tasting cakes and coffee! And always friendly faces serving.

the cakes here have to be the most delicious on the planet! every time I'm in the area I have to go! if you haven't been you're missing out on life :)

A teeny-tiny cafe tucked in an alley way of Kingly Court. There are only a couple of seats available. Hungry? Then go for a giant cupcake with a giant dollop of icing. The best but is if you're just peckish or can't decide on which flavour cupcake then you can go for a couple of mini cupcakes. I went for the peanut butter and jelly brownie, which while short on jelly still tasted rather good.

Soho has become my safe haven: A square mile of cafés, bars, restaurants and record shops wedged between hellish Oxford Circus, Regent Street and Piccadilly Circus. It's a place you can dip into and explore when the crowds get too much.

One of my favourite little discoveries in Soho has been Crumbs & Doilies, a tiny little cake shop tucked away in Carnaby's Kingly Court. Here, you will find the most beautiful baked goods, from cupcakes (which are also available in mini sized, to be less naughty - Or perhaps if you can't decide which flavour to go for) to tray bakes and mega quadruple layer cake slices. It's also a great place just to pick up a coffee, and eat with your eyes, if you have enough self-control to not be tempted by their array of treats.

There's a different range of flavours available daily, so it's worth following them on Twitter so see what's in store. Everything here is delicious, but my personal favourites are PB&J (pictured) and Biscoff Pie.

Tucked away in a quiet corner of Kingly Corner near Carnaby Street, this is definitely the kind of hidden cake wonderland that is perfect for nipping into to escape the crowds of Oxford Circus. Crumbs & Doiies are wonderful purveyors of all your butter-and-sugar based dreams! If you are the kind of person who favours the kind of cake that makes you instantly want to smoosh your face into it, then put this place on your list for delectable confections such as Biscoff cupcakes and Jammy Dodger topped cakes.
