This quaint market stretches over Deptford High Street and Griffin Street up to the junction with Douglas Way. Enthusiastic local tradesmen create a vibrant community feel and keep these otherwise ‘normal’ streets lively and diverse between 9am and 5pm three days a week. Flea market devotees and students from neighbouring campuses mingle around the Griffin-Douglas area, where you’ll find bargain clothing, shoes, vintage magazines and books, second hand electronics, scattered food stalls and colourful murals.
