Came in to try a pair of shoes as I was considering to buy them. As I was trying them on I immediately felt they did not fit my foot even if the size was right. The seller insisted that they would stretch after 2-3 days of use. I still said 'no' since i wasn't sure this was true.

He then informed me about their return policy and described as follows: "you can return the shoes at any time within 30 days if you find out that you don't like them or they don't stretch to fit your foot!". My friend and I asked him many times for his confirmation as this sounded like a very lenient policy, and he reassured us every time that this was actually their policy. I therefore took his recommendation and decided "to wear them for a week to see if they adapt to my feet". I payed £185, and the salesman once again reassured me that I would get a full refund if they did not fit.

A week later I gave up as I had blisters on my feet, so I went to return the shoes. When I explained the situation and gave the shoes back, the store manager to my great surprise took a thorough look at the shoes and said that he could not accept the shoes back as they had been worn. He apologised that there had been a "misunderstanding", but said he couldn't help me other than advice me to see a cobbler (which all say the shoes won't stretch as the outside is non-leather).

They intentionally lied and scammed me into buying a pair of shoes that will never fit my foot by claiming they have a return-policy which allows you to wear their products and still get money back. This service is not worth the money. Stay away.
