Dusty Fingers are bringing a touch of Deutschland to Hackney for the most wonderful time of the year, setting up a Christmas market in Clapton’s beautiful Round Chapel. As well as the usual array of vintage stalls, there’ll be arts and crafts, home wares and Christmas gifts, along with a Santa’s grotto. A smattering of snow (fake, of course) and black and white films projected onto the walls will have even the coldest hearted of Scrooges feeling all festive. In terms of food and drink, think all things German: bratwurst courtesy of Herman ze German, Boss Hog waffles, Ciderbox and Flammeküchen cooked up specially by Yard Sale Pizza, with 20 per cent off on the day.
