Forever 21 Personal Shopping Service Launch

The budget US chain is launching its first UK personal shopping service, which is free to all. The first 50 shoppers to sign up also get a gift. We're not sure what. It could be a car, but it's probably a tote. Other attractions include a photobooth, refreshments and an outfit raffle.
