St. Christopher's Place – the go-to spot for alfresco dining and delightful boutiques just off the Bond Street end of Oxford Street – will be going pink for one whole month in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The square has been swamped with 600 metres of patchwork pink bunting and is going to host a multitude of pink-themed activities to raise awareness for the cause and CoppaFeel! (a charity which combates late detection and mis-diagnosis of breast cancer). You'll be seeing Café Creperie through rose-tinted glasses with pink pancakes on the menu, and Pizza Express are offering freshly-made pizzetini in pink form. Beauty retreat, Groom, will be close-by should you desire a Pink Groom & Go manicure, as will Rituals who are going to provide complimentary pink makeovers and let their secrets slip about choosing and applying blusher. The Whistles shoppers may also be inclined to pop in store to glimpse the pink totes, before stopping off for a pink cocktail at Ayoush. Prizes will be won each Wednesday of October for the best-dressed, and on October 26 CoppaFeel! will be on-hand to dish out helpful breast cancer advice.
