Sophisticated suppers become dreamily low-effort when you shop at this ultra-foodie set-up. Made-on-the-premises dishes made from organic and free-range products; dishes range from roast aubergine dip to fish cakes, chicken escalope, lamb and fennel meatballs, and superior sandwiches. The array of cakes, pastries, brownies, pasties, tarts and sausage rolls that covers the large table running down the centre of the store is simply spectacular and, frankly, almost impossible to resist. While there, pick up some Newby teas, Regent’s Park honey (in season), artisan cheeses, and M&M’s wonderful own-made blueberry and thyme jam. Oh, and Flour Station bread to go with it.
