A modern meat market that's not quite a butchers, not quite a supermarket, though you can get both fresh meat and ready-meals at Muddy Boots. This is their first physical store, run by couple Roland and Miranda Ballard, who put a lot of effort into sourcing well-farmed and -handled meat. They've also set up a table in the shop for anyone wishing to sit down for a bite to eat and a drink.
