I have slightly arthritic toes so running distances can be painful. Running on the treadmill at Profeet with the video camera/analysis system I could see clearly what was happening as I ran - collapsing insteps and knees and even 'hip drop' on one side. Who knew! I have to say, my new custom insoles and shoes are making a huge difference. I can run for longer, my feet feel good both during and after exercise and I do think I'm now running with a better stance overall. This is whole different experience to your average running shoe shop. Full marks to Profeet.

so much more than just a running store. The analysis and attention to the detail is brilliant, custom insoles have massively changed my running by keeping me injury free for the best part of two years now

I bought a good pair of shoes from Profeet two years ago, because my doctor recommended that I need a shoe with plenty of support.

I returned to the shop recently to buy another pair of the same shoes, and was told they would be ordered for me as they weren't in stock in my size. After a couple of weeks I heard nothing so I called back. My order had been stored but not sent, so they told me they would order the pair.

A day later I was told that Profeet do not order single pairs of shoes, they only buy in bulk, and my order would not be processed. The whole experience was disappointing - why couldn't they have told me earlier that they do not make individual orders? Anyway after wasting my time, I decided never to use them again.

I got my trainers from profeet and I have to say could not have been happier with my shoe. This is mainly down to Charlotte Williams who's advice i sought. I regularly get asked questions as a physiotherapist about trainers and learnt a lot and actually bought a completely new type of shoe. Completed my first triathlon on Monday and the run I can actually say was enjoyable - thanks guys

Been shopping at Profeet for about 10years for all my ski boots and running shoes, great service and happy feet!

I had my ski boots fitted here, I have really difficult feet, they staff were amazing at sorting them out. Super comfy boots now which has helped my skiing heaps.

Excellent shop. Have used them for my shoes for 10 marathons to date, including 2 ultra marathons and zero injuries...
