Joining a cluster of independent shops and interesting labels on the tucked-away Newburgh Street, Pyrus (one of those labels that quietly offers a designer calibre of clothing while keeping its prices at upper high-street level) not only houses a lovely womenwear boutique, but a gallery to boot. Upstairs, Pyrus stocks the sort of pieces you'll wear a thousand times, from silky blouses to chunky knitwear with a twist. It also features a choice selection of jewellery labels and even a few homewear pieces. Downstairs, meanwhile, has been given over to a gallery space that hosts a rolling roster of artists.
