As Rokit’s flagship store – there’s also one in Camden and two in Brick Lane – this branch stocks the most comprehensive selection of second-hand items, from tutus and military gear right through to cowboy boots and sunglasses. You won’t find many well-known labels here, but it’s still worth a rummage; on previous visits a Gunne Sax prairie dress and a Marimekko day dress were unearthed, and they were an absolute steal. There are also scarves, belts and hats galore. For men there are Doherty-style trilbies, waistcoats and shirts, as well as the usual male Americana. The shop at 107 Brick Lane is more boutiquey.

I love this place. Packed wall to wall with incredible vintage clothing, some of which is only suitable for a fancy dress party, others that could transform your wardrobe into one that is chic and current (all hail the revival of the 90's amirite?) They sell a few staple thing in here, like denim shorts and jackets, mini skirts and a lot of suede and velvet. There's a lot of colour too. Just be careful not to get over excited at the random Chanel pieces in the accessories bit... they're not real. Rokit ain't stupid, they would not be selling a genuine Chanel purse for £10.

This is one of my favourite vintage/retro shops! There are four in London. I often stop by the Camden high street branch and it never disappoints. Rokit offers good quality, unique second-hand clothing, not cheap market stall knock offs. From re-worked denim waistcoats, dungarees and shorts, to cropped tees, sports jumpers and floral print dresses, they have it all. Both men and women's items and at reasonable prices, too! Make sure you check out their fashion jewellery and leather bags - you'll find some treasures here. Staff are lovely but the shop itself is small so avoid busy periods (limited changing rooms!)

I've been to rokit, brick lane. Love it! There's so many lovely clothes and jewellery for pretty decent prices. Shorts, sunglasses galore. Freebie rokit badges in various colours on the counter, we took a heap. Only downside I'd say is, it's always pretty squashed, loads of people are in there and not much room to get around.
