The selection of shellfish is also exemplary, with New Zealand mussels, English cockles, live and cooked lobsters and crabs, king scallops and North Atlantic prawns. Smoked produce comes from prestigious Scottish company Inverawe. You’ll also find own-made sausages and game in season. As well as the normal services (skinning, boning, filleting et al), the fishmongers will also vacuum pack your fish for you on request.
