Sid’s & Friends Christmas Fair at The Old Nuns Head

The annual Sid’s & Friends Christmas Fair returns to The Old Nuns Head in Peckham, bringing together some of the city’s most charming independent makers for a day that’s basically the definition of Christmas spirit.

Hosted by Sid’s Flowers, the cult Peckham floristry studio known for its colourful, slightly wild arrangements, the fair transforms the pub into a cosy creative hub. Expect a lovingly curated line-up of artists, craftspeople, and small businesses, from ceramicists shaping one-of-a-kind pieces to knitters, illustrators, candle makers, and more. It’s the kind of market where you leave with a gift for someone else and inevitably, a treat for yourself.

Each year it raises money for two important causes: Medical Aid for Palestine and The Nun Fund, which helps people access gender-affirming surgeries. Browsing beautiful things while supporting your community? Very wholesome, very worth showing up for.
