What a delightful, treasurable bakery that I encountered on my journey to Bermondsey.

It's such a sweet, lovely little shop with the most appetising treats for sale.

It's across the street from the Fashion and Textile Museum, so it's not far at all.

I went to see an exhibition on that day and surprisingly I found St John Bakery's pop-up shop.

They have all types of surprises for sale such as breads, pastries and doughnuts.

A huge amount of choice for sale and the prices are quite reasonable starting from about £2.

I'd grab the chance to visit and taste their exquisite doughnuts, scrumptious pastries and don't forget their beautiful loaves of bread.

From what I've been told, they will be open for another three months, so just go and discover the sweet delights of St John Bakery.

Your firstly introduced with the most gorgeous looking loaves of bread that I've seen. It's displayed by the shop window and they all look so beautifully made.

The crunch and texture is perfect. I do love cutting into a great loaf of bread. Toasting it is absolute heaven.

The vegetable pastries and the egg tarts smell and look flavoursome.

This time round I had to try their mouth-watering doughnuts. It's jam packed with flavour. With over 5 different flavoured doughnuts, your choice becomes difficult.

I went for the raspberry jam doughnut and my partner chose their infamous custard doughnut.

We absolutely enjoyed the soft, sumptuous, creamy doughnuts. It was sweet and literally bursting with flavours.

I will definitely go back again. It's such a pleasant little place, but the inside is filled with wonderful bakes.

Love MD.
