Summer at The Yards
You could easily miss The Yards on a quick stroll round Covent Garden, but this summer, this courtyard spot is throwing a line-up of events designed to put it on the map. On Thursdays throughout August, there'll be free live acoustic sets (12-3pm) that'll add a bit of relaxation to your lunchbreak. On Wednesdays, there are storytelling and craft sessions for kids, in partnership with Stanfords Bookshop (£7 per child, book here). And on Mondays, there'll be al fresco dance sessions from Pineapple (£10, book here) designed to make the most of those warm summer evenings. Â
