Running shoes at the ready everyone as Sweaty Betty encourages us all to embrace our glorious city by holding a series of 5K and 10K Rule Britannia runs following routes that take in London's most iconic landmarks. Each run will start at one of the city's four Sweaty Betty boutiques in Soho, Kensington, Harrods and King's Road. They kick off at either 7.30am for the early birds, or 6.30pm for the post-work crew and are overseen by a running coach. From July 16-27, there's going to be one run a day from alternating boutiques, stepping up to four runs a day from July 30-August 12 with runs starting at each boutique. There may not be a gold medal at the end, but there is a goodie bag, which in our eyes is just a tad more useful.
