Whilst a bowls club sounds like the sort of place where old men and women go to while away an afternoon, Balham Bowls Club has actually been revived into a busy, retro pub that hosts fancy events such as this. Pitch up to scour the wares of 40 designer/makers who will be making the cosy club their home for the afternoon – and after you’ve shopped for quirky fashion, children’s clothes, textiles and art, think about a pub lunch and a pint.
