A lively food market open every Saturday in Clapham Common.
Venn Street was pedestrianised by Lambeth Council in 2012 in a conscious effort to gentrify this corner of Clapham, and the weekly market is now open every Saturday 10am-4pm. Traders include Perry Court Farm for fresh produce, Dorset-based Portland Scallop Co. for fish and shellfish caught by day boats, and Une Normande à Londres for French cheeses and charcuterie. There are also several places to choose from for brunch, lunch or a drink and a snack. Venn Street makes an admirable effort to engage with the local community by supporting school events and projects.

Buying local food from folks who are passionate about selling it is a marriage made in heaven. This is Clapham heaven.
Super cute little market located on a pedestrianised side street on the main high street. A good range of high quality produce, freshly made street food and general perusing. A lovely way to spend a Saturday morning.
I love popping down to Venn Street Market on a Saturday - it's always really vibrant and there are a great range of stalls.
A great family market offering everything from organic sourdough loaves to mushroom paté to gourmet street food. Venn Street is the place to be on Saturdays!
One of the better farmers markets particularly for lunch options. Philly cheese steak, Moens hog roast, spicy rotis and spicy North African sausage sourdough wraps.
