Brompton fans, assemble: this one day get-together is perfect for showing off your skill at zipping round the track. Over 750 competitors will start the race by running to their bike, unfolding it with effortless ease (hopefully) then zipping round Lee Valley's velodrome. There's also a relay race if you want to compete as a group, with fancy dress welcome for anyone looking to increase their fun factor but decrease their aerodynamic properties.
There'll also be loads of other Brompton-centric fun, including demos and test rides, merch, bike folding competitions, workshops, and entertainment throughout the day. It's free to watch and light of heart, offering a quirky antidote to other, more serious cycle-centric get-togethers.
