Frame is brightening up Angel shopping centre with their trademark colourful decor and perky group fitness classes. The latest studio to join the gang is actually underground, just off Upper Street, (feel like you’re heading for the car park? You’re going the right way) but the lack of natural light does nothing to dampen the vibe. You’ll find a bright reception area, technicolour lockers and functional changing rooms, plus three studios – a reformer pilates studio, a light space for classes like barre and yoga and a darker room for strength, cardio and PT sessions, all run by infectiously energetic trainers.
