Time Out says

KXU is a new addition to London's pay-as-you-go fitness studios and a sister gym to exclusive private members' club KX. Classes here include spinning, conditioning and HIIT workouts, as well as all the various types of yoga and barre you can possibly imagine. Once you've sweated through your session, treat yourself to a fancy smoothie or poke-salad bowl in their social space. Or, if you've really earnt it, pop into the beauty and wellness clinic, which offers everything from massage and exercise treatments, through to an infra-red sauna experience. This is Chelsea, after all.

KXU is such a fabulous studio in the heart of Chelsea! Always clean, very well organised, with a welcoming front of house team, amazing instructors, great classes and really good equipment. I never miss the Sunday yoga class with Marc Hartvani and can easily say it's my favourite yoga class in London. It's not an easy going, relaxing stretchy yoga in any way but instead really intense, challenging and dynamic. It's a proper workout that will work your whole body so if that sounds like something for you I can't recommend it enough! KXU absolutely delivers what you'd expect from a boutique studio and I always stay around to shower and wash my hair with their amazingKiehl's products after class - it feels like such a treat!

With so many boutique studios in the city now, an incredibly high standard has been set and this squeaky clean, underground studio is trying to reflect 1Rebel's grungy yet high-end venue. The open cafe/bar vibe on entry had me questioning if I was in the right place but the staff that signed me in were incredibly welcoming and showed me where to go.

The changing room is a little on the small side for a number of girls trying to get ready but is beautifully finished and has my bathroom beat any day of the week. Complete with endless towels and products, there is everything you need to make you human after a sweaty session.

I signed onto a U-Cycle class, the spin studio is really cool and thanks to the rave lighting, I certainly felt like I was walking into a club. Considering many of us were newbies and weren't used to the bikes the instructor was great with getting us all set-up. Bike shoes aren't offered but other than that the bikes are really easy to use.

Your bike is linked to a screen so you and the rest of your class can tell if you're slacking but it was a really fun, hard and motivating class and I'll be sure to visit again. The smoothie tasters at the end were also a really nice touch.

Shiny, brand new gym on Pavilion Road from the KX group, KXU is a pay-as-you-go gym that just opened in Chelsea. The classes like boxing are in the hands of very good instructors and They also have a café where they serve on-the-go breakfasts like acai bowls and eggs. With the opening of it, Pavilion Road has become a living part of Chelsea filled with restaurants, boutique shops and cafes.
