Ministry Does Fitness

Based in Ministry of Sound’s former booze fault, The Arches is the legendary club’s first dabble into London’s ever-swelling fitness space. Five classes are held in a purposely-designed studio (with a disco ball, naturally), and it’s been kitted out with cardio and weight equipment to use in seven unique training zones. Banging tunes come courtesy of the same state of the art sound system used in the club, while the fully licensed bar serves up post-workout protein shakes – or cocktails for treat days.
