More yoga is a great studio with experienced and amazing instructors that know their stuff. I have been mostly to more yoga old street but more yoga exmouth market is great too. Located in the basement of Hummus Bros, it is a very small studio that accommodates 10 people so it is quite "cozy", the space is a bit tight. Vinyasa flow and rocket classes are quite challenging, depending on the instructor. Restorative and meditation class is less physical activity but the streching is challenging as you have to hold each position for 5 minutes or so. At the savasana stage, the instructors are giving a well deserved head massage. So, if you like challenging yoga classes on a budget, you're local and you don't really need to have a shower because you will have at home, this place is for you.

There’s a few locations of MoreYoga, the one I tried was a Vinyasa Flow Class on Exmouth Market - randomly in the basement of Hummus Bros.  The space is pretty small and stuffy and with 10 bodies max the claustrophobic among you should steer clear.  That said, the teacher was really good and I’m a sucker for any class that ends with a head massage!
