Try rugby for the first time with the London Stags

Joining a new sports team can be, shall we say, daunting, but there are few more welcoming than The London Stags. South London’s largest LGBTQ+ rugby club is hosting a new members day this weekend, and whether you’re dusting off your boots or turning your hand to the game for the very first time, it’s the best place to get a feel for the sport. This (free) taster session includes a lesson on the basics of passing, kicking, and tackling, as well as the chance to sign up to their four-week beginners programme. All you need is suncream, water, trainers – the rest is covered. Go on, give it a go.
