If you’re well into your climbing, VauxWall's twin venues have got a lot going for them. A sister site to London Climbing Centres’ original venue, which is located a 20-minute walk away, VauxWall East boasts multiple climbing areas, a decent café, a shop, and a gym. You can get involved with everything from Sunday morning socials to the ‘Boulderama’ meetup on Wednesday evenings. There’s also a junior club for kids aged eight and above – but anyone under 18 must be pre-registered by their parent or legal guardian before they can use the centre. You can also find sister sites in BethWall Green, CanaryWall and, er, EustonWall (that one doesn’t really work as well, does it?) or if you’re willing to trek to Zone 5, be sure to visit its gigantic sister site, HarroWall, features the largest bouldering wall in the city, and is one of British Mountaineering Council’s five National Performance Centres.
