We went on a Sunday morning and we really enjoyed the thermal spa. Like Ros mentioned there is no jacuzzi/hot tub to speak of, but for £26 for 3 hours it's a right steal.  Towels, lockers, slippers and towels are provided so you only need to bring your swimmies! Note that some days it can be just male/just female so be sure to check the website. The staff were lovely and also stored our visitors luggage for them.

Will definitely be coming back-- a great respite not too far from the City.

York Hall has a spa and it's really rather nice! If you're looking for a cost effective spa day - this is the one for you. They do a package for £85 per person which includes 2 30 minute treatments and access to the spa for a half day. Treatments were good, especially the facial and the staff were friendly.

Unfortunately the spa is separate from the pool so you can't swim but there is a plunge pool you can use, along with several lovely steam rooms, a sauna, heat rooms and a few chill areas. Slippers and dressing gowns are provided, the slippers are unbearably uncomfortable though so you'll spend most of your time out of them. No jacuzzis which I felt was a let-down, I think adding one in would improve this spa a lot. That said, for central London, and for that price where others cost £150 for the same thing, I think it's great value and a lovely treat.

One of its facilities is used for boxing shows on most part of the weekends of the year. I must say that it is one of the best boxing venues that I have been to. There is plenty of space and seats all 360 degrees around and very close to the ring, which is not common. That allows everyone to enjoy the show, and not like in many other venues where you must get the expensive tickets if you want to have a decent view.
