Time Out says

The open-air Eyeskate rink is situated in Jubilee Gardens, in the shadow of the London Eye. You don't need to book a flight on the Eye in order to skate but various packages are on offer for those who wish to do so. To launch the skating season, on November 18 at 4pm there's a performance of 'Nutcracker on Ice' by the National Ice Skating Association. Public skating commences on November 19; sessions last 45 minutes. On December 4, the fleet of foot can show off their moves in the 'Spectacular Skate-Off' competition judged by choreographers from the National Ice Skating Association. See the website for full details.
