The West London branch of fun, media-savvy Shoreditch gym Frame opened in 2012, exporting some of its innovative, kick-ass exercising zeal to Queen's Park. Like the Shoreditch outpost, the new gym offers off-beat dance classes and exercise programmes designed to make you smile as much as you sweat, as well as thoughtful extras like a creche, and a pay-as-you-go credit system that doesn't tie you in to a contract.
