Boys, Making and the Material World

A talk for the Whitechapel Gallery Children's Art Commission. This year, sculptor Eva Rothschild has made a film, 'Boys and Sculpture', showing what happens when a group of young boys are let loose in a gallery. The talk, with the artist, the Whitechapel's Kirsty Ogg and others, considers our physical relationship with contemporary art and asks what kids can teach us about production, destruction and gendered play.
