A Dinner Engagement/Comedy on the Bridge

The Minotaur Music Theatre presents a double bill of sparkling comedies. In Lennox Berkeley's 'A Dinner Engagement', an impoverished English aristocrat attempts to marry off his daughter. Then, Bohuslav Martinu's 'Comedy on the Bridge' sees villagers trapped across a river policed by over-zealous officials. The director is Stuart Baker; with piano accompaniment.
