It’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream but not as we know it: this adaptation by director Toby Hulse is just 90 minutes long and comes with a concept to it. The year is 1905 and the Jenkins siblings have decided to stage a play to stave off a wet afternoon. But what should happen in it? You’ll have to go along to find out, though it sounds like these scenes are a route into Shakespeare’s Rude Mechanicals.
