A Slow Fire

‘Years after the apocalpyse, Ashton and Reese survive in a bunker on the edge of an imaginary city’ is the arresting description for this new play from the prolific Simon Stephens, who’ll be back on our stages in the autumn with his Ian McKellan collaboration Lear. This UK premiere comes from Ireland’s Glass Mask Theatre, who debuted it in Dublin earlier this year. Rex Ryan directs a cast of Ross Gaynor, Fionn Ó Loingsigh and Ian Toner.
