[title]
Lewis Carroll's surreal kids book which follows the curious Alice as she tumbles into a strange world and meets all sorts of odd creatures is used as the bases for a new piece from Metta Theatre. This version written and directed by Poppy Burton-Morgan mixes Carroll's original story with the tale of the real Alice who inspired the book and who lost her son to WWI. Though the piece is set in the basement of Alice's bombed home, she only speaks words straight from Carroll's timeless novel.
