The Barbican Centre brings down three choice cuts of BE (Birmingham European) festival - which showcases international theatre. Denmark company Out of Balanz perform the winner of this year's top prize and audience prize 'Next Door', an intimate, physical theatre piece about what happens when Ivan Hansen's neighbour dies. 'Tao Te', over from Hungary, fuses dance and martial arts to tell the story of two men struggling to find a virtuous life, while 'Al Cubo', by Bettie Combo from France is a fun mix of theatre and circus clowning. Each of the shows is performed every evening and the ticket price is for all the shows with supper and a drink with the cast members.
