Charles Court Opera's bijou panto is a much loved - and versatile - Christmassy treat. This year, a six-strong cast are romping their way through the story of Cinderella, offering saucy 18-plus versions in the evening and kid-friendly matinees. In their new version, it's plucky Buttons, not Cinders, who gets a magical makeover. With puns a plenty and more innuendoes than you can shake a stick at, 'Buttons: A Cinderella Story' should be well worth a trip to stalwart pub theatre The King's Head.
