Bertolt Brecht's grandly symbolic play, written in exile in the US during the second world war, is a familiar staple in the nation's classrooms and drama schools – so it may be a tough call for the Shoreditch Church-based New Rep Company to put their own stamp on it. Still, having commissioned an original score from Neal Swettenham, it sounds like they're having a good stab at it.
