Chasing Beckett

Theatre critics had better beware the darker reaches of playwright John Hill's imagination: this new black comedy sees a reviewer, Hugh, taken hostage at gunpoint in his own home. It's difficult to see how much comedy could result from this nasty premise - but the proof is, as always, in the pudding.
