Alt. theatre legend Claire Downie has had an impressive and provoctive career of work rooted in gender and mental illness in which the Finborough Theatre has proved to be a constant. Forty years on and she’s doing a retrospective rep season at the iconic West London fringe venue, consisting of a play from each decade from the ’80s to the ’10s: Adult Child/Dead Child, Why Is John Lennon Wearing a Skirt?, H to He (I'm turning into a Man) and See Primark and Die. The shows will be performed in rep: see the Finborough website for more details and a performance schedule.
