A new farcical comedy by Mark Giesser set in Victorian San Francisco based around the remarkable true story of the self proclaimed Emperor of the United States. Joshua Abraham Norton was a tramp who lived on the city's streets and beguiled the locals with his tall tales and who, when he died, had 30,000 mourners at his funeral.
