Following a successful brace of performances in January, this retro curiousity get a week-long run at the Duchess. 'Cool Rider' is a stage adaptation of the film 'Grease 2', but for legal reason we can't really be bothered to try and understand it's not allowed to trade under that name in the West End. In any case, 'Cool Rider' is essentially a gender-reversed version of the Travolta/Newton John classic, given a rather more knowing spin than the Michelle Pfeiffer-starring film.

Coooooooool! Totally brilliant, great to find so many other fans Of Grease 2 Exist. Casting was great, the roughness Only added to the humour. Will be back, best night out in a long time And To Finish With a singalong was magic.
This was excellent - the show sent itself up in a very funny way. Excellent cast, dancing crisp and on point, vocals great. The cast seemed humbled and overwhelmed that the audience reacted how we did (at the 7:30pm showing). They shouldn't have - they deserved it.
Fabulously sensational!!! I went to BOTH shows atmosphere was electric in each. The cast smashed it and I didn't even mind that Stephanie was a brunette! When is the next one????!!
Firstly I can't believe how many other Grease 2 fans are out there!! We went to the 11pm showing as the 7:30 sold out fast and it was still packed, the cast were amazing, the comedy spin was brilliant, the atmosphere like something I've never experienced before. This was without a doubt THE best musical/concert I have ever been too. They hinted at more shows to follow and I will be attending them aswell!!
