Time Out says

Witches and musicals have a long and noble history together, but it's generally been one firmly at the camper end of the theatrical spectrum. This is a very intriguing Christmas show from Kiln, however. Written by Rebecca Brewer and Daisy Chute and directed by Miranda Cromwell, Coven is a musical about the not-very-camp-at-all Pendle Witch Trials, a bleak affair from 1612 in which ten people with executed at witches following accusations made in a spot of inter-family feuding. The musical follows Jenet, who as a young girl accuses her own family of witchcraft at the height of the witch hunt. Twenty-one years later, her past comes back to haunt her as she faces time in prison. The cast includes Gabrielle Brooks and Diana Vickers.
