In colonial Trinidad, with calls for independence rising, a beloved gentlemen’s club named ALMA finds itself imperilled by a literal rum deal in this debut play from former Casualty actor Martina Laird. A co-production with the RSC, it transfers to Kiln after solid reviews in Stratford-upon-Avon. It’s directed by Chichester and former Unicorn boss Justin Audibert.
