Festen/Hamlet

A double bill of hard hitters set in Denmark is staged by strudents of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. David Eldridge's 'Festen' is adapted from the film about middle class life and a disintegrating family. Shakespeare's tragedy 'Hamlet' tells of the unhappy Dane's quest to seek revenge on his mother, step father and generally cause a heap of trouble.
