Fire Fire

This two-hander about class and the climate follows a middle-class queer activist with Nigerian heritage who keeps crossing paths with a white retired oil worker. They clash at first, but eventually find they have more in common that expected – and resolve to join forces. Jennifer Tang directs John Webber’s play, inspired by his own life growing up in the Essex refinery town of Thurrock. Gabrielle Brookes and Chris Simmons star as Paige and Eddie.
