Five Characters in Search of a Good Night's Sleep

Insomnia is becoming an epidemic: some 30 per cent of us now suffer some form of sleep disturbance. Mike Alfreds and Sonja Linden have devised a show with a company of actors all over the age of 60, looking at sleeplessness by charting the experiences of five characters over the course of one night.
