A play within a play, this Joe Orton piece has been unearthed by the new fringe venue The Hope theatre in Islington. It's Orton's first play which features normal couple Fred and Madge whose lives are interrupted by a director and an audience member. It will be the first time that the piece has been performed, but whether or not it will stand up to the likes of Orton's greatest works ('Entertaining Mr Sloane', 'Loot' and 'What the Butler Saw'), is yet to be determined.
