Joan MacLeod's play is inspired by the insular, repressive worlds of Mormon communities in Northern America. Gracie is a teenager growing up in a polygamous family, and trying to find the strength to rebel. 'Gracie' comes to Finborough Theatre after winning the Governor's General Award in Canada.
