Peter James, head of directing at Mountview and founder of Liverpool's Everyman Theatre, stages Amy Rosenthal's comedy about love, rivalry and friendships. Judith has been left by Jack who has dumped her for another woman. When Judith leaves a pitiful message on Jack's answerphone, the other woman comes running.
