The great and good in musical theatre and entertainment are getting together to celebrate Stephen Sondheim's 85th birthday and raise awareness of Dame Esther Rantzen's The Silver Line charity. Past gala performers have included Dame Judi Dench, Elaine Paige, Bonnie Langford, Alistair McGowan, John Barrowman and Ruthie Henshall.
