This mammoth theatre and arts festival is pitching up in Walthamstow Gardens with a line-up of affordable, high-quality theatre, comedy, music, and kids' shows. It's produced by HighTide, who support new plays, so the bill features three of their recent commissions: folksong-soundtracked love story 'Songlines', daffy superhero musical 'Thor and Loki', and 'Sparks', an offbeat look at grief.
They'll be joined by a plethora of crowd-pleasing events, puppet suffragette story 'The Vote', 'Comedy Club 4 Kids', gigs by Tim Key and Sofie Hagen, open mic nights and even a talent contest for locals who want to take to the stage, too.
